The boardroom is located in an up and coming business park in a purpose-built commercial building erected in 2020.

  1. Exit the M5 at junction 22.
  2. Take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A38 for 1.7 miles.
  3. Follow the road to the next roundabout and take the second exit.
  4. Follow this road and we are the second right turn.
  5. Drive into the industrial estate and go straight to the end and you will see the building.

The boardroom has seating for 12, however more can be requested if required. Please get in touch if you need more seating.

You will have exclusive access to the boardroom for the time specified in your booking. This includes use of the boardroom, toilets, kitchen facilities (including tea, coffee and milk), as well as access to the onsite café.

Although there won’t be anyone there to greet your guests on arrival, there will be someone onsite at all times should you need any assistance.

We would recommend that you arrive no earlier than 5 mins before your scheduled appointment. This is to allow us to prepare the room ready for you to use it.
